Uncle Denny's Milk Chocolate Hot Fudge

A rich old fashioned ice cream parlour style hot fudge made with extra cream and added evaporated milk for a creamier, milkier flavor.

Because we use real chocolate, this hot fudge sauce will have a truer chocolatey flavor than if we used cocao powder - which would make it have a more brownie flavor.

Because this is made with real butter and real chocolate it will get thicker as it gets colder.

You can warm this gently if you'd like in the microwave. Low power for a short time, stir, repeat if needed.  It is better to warm a dollop in a ramekin rather than the whole jar at once.
