Taffy - Freeze Dried

Freeze dried taffy.

The pieces of taffy puff up into little balls during the freeze drying process.

And instead of being sticky and chewy, the taffy is now light, airy and crunchy.  If you don't chew it, the taffy will literally dissolve and melt in your mouth.
