Mango Jam

We use ripe red/orange variety mangoes to capture the best essence of 'mango' in this jam.  

When asked how to describe the flavor of the mangoes we use, Sherri said, "Well, it's fruit that tastes like it's from heaven."  Sherri grew up in the tropics and sweet mangoes were common.
